To help us find your account quickly, write from the email address you use with Ranker Faculty and tell us:
- what happened, and the date and approximate time;
- for a payment question, the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with
pay_and is shown in your payment confirmation); - anything else that helps, such as a screenshot.
We will never ask for your one-time sign-in code, UPI PIN, card number, CVV or bank password. Do not share them with anyone who asks, even if they say they are from Ranker Faculty.

We acknowledge every complaint by email within 48 hours of receiving it, and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
Our acknowledgement email gives your complaint a reference number (for example RF-2026-001) and includes a copy of your complaint as we recorded it. Reply quoting the reference number at any time to check the status of your complaint.
