Service delivery for a digital service
Shipping and Delivery Policy
In short
- Ranker Faculty is an online service. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no delivery charges.
- Faculty Pro checkout is not open yet. Once it opens, a pass starts on your account as soon as we have verified your payment.
- If your pass has not started within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us. We will start it, or refund you in full, within one business day.
What is delivered
When you buy a Faculty Pro pass, we deliver access to Faculty Pro features on the Ranker Faculty account you were signed in to when you paid. You use them at rankerfaculty.com in a web browser. Papers you create are printed or saved as PDFs directly from your browser; we do not send physical copies.
When access starts
- Your pass starts as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment and our server has verified it.
- The pass lasts 30 or 365 days from the moment it starts. If you bought your next pass when 7 or fewer days remained on your current one, the new pass starts when the current one ends.
- You can see your plan and the date your pass ends in your account, and we email a receipt to your account email address.
- A success message in the payment window alone does not start a pass; we start it only after verifying the payment with Razorpay. This protects you and us from failed or incomplete payments.
If your pass does not start
- Refresh the page and check that you are signed in with the same email address you used to pay.
- If Faculty Pro is still not active 30 minutes after a successful payment, email support@rankerfaculty.com with the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with
pay_) or the date and amount of the payment. Please do not pay again. - If the payment reached us, we will either start your pass or refund the full amount within one business day of your message.
- If the payment did not reach us, the money is usually returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Where the service is available
Ranker Faculty is offered online to teachers in India. Passes are sold to customers in India only, and prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
Service interruptions
Ranker Faculty may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. If an interruption stops you from using Faculty Pro for a long period, contact us; we may extend passes at our discretion.
